Earlier reviews have given this course a bad rap. New owner/management have totally turned this course around. It’s a local, public course. Certainly can’t expect a country club type course or environment. For what it is it’s a great golf course. Great layout, nice greens and friendly staff. Lots of fun for a reasonable price.

Management has some serious issues, last week I played there and when I was finished one of my tires was flattened while I was playing. It had to be management because there were on several people playing that day and since the current manager and I do not see eye to eye he did this to me. Very childish and cowardly. Earlier this year he was having a heated discussion with one of the members of our group and he grabbed the guy and pinned him against the wall.

Course is in terrible shape. Twin Oaks should charge a flat rate of $10. Morning, noon and night. There is NO fairway and the greens won't hold anything. It's a shame too. I grew up on this course but I won't be back.

I have played better for the same money and really bad courses for more. I like it the winter was hard on the greens but all in all it is a good couse for the money. I play in Florida all winter and pay more for a really sorry course with really bad greens.
