Beau Rivage Golf & Resort, an 18-hole championship course built in 1988, features bentgrass greens, naturally contoured Bermuda fairways and tees and elevations of 70 feet (including the highest point in Wilmington). The par-3 holes are some of the strongest in the area, and water comes into play on nine holes. Eddie Lewis designed the course at Beau Rivage Golf & Resort, and the par-5 18th, with its double dogleg, is one of the most interesting three-shotters in the area.

I am from CT. The starter welcomed us the an ignorant racist comment about how there were too many "blacks" in Hartford....really, yes, really.
The course itself was great. Challanging but fair. Great layout. I let the pro know about his super intelligent starter and the fact my best friend just bought a house in Wilmington....
