This course is family run and the people are very friendly. The rates are low in season and out. $15-25. Tree lined fairways with water throughout but no sand. It is high handicap friendly and offers a nice challenge for the low handicapper with the blues tees adding 1200-1500 more yards to the course. Please don't let the budget golfer rates fool you; the fairways are definable and the greens are well groomed (grass is not sandy like most low budget venues), nicely sloped and medium paced. This course is extremely under-rated and as I have played all courses within an hour drive many times, this place is easily the best value for a fun day of golf. And no, I do not work there nor am I affiliated with the course in any way; I just really like the place.

    - Cheap green-fees.

    - Flat course suitable for walking

    - Don't wait til you arrive to realize you're out of balls. They are expensive and the selection is mostly Titleist.
