Crooked Creek Golf Club offers a challenging, but playable championship course that is one of the area's best values. The layout features well designed par 3s that will require some thought and receptive, well manicured greens that are player friendly. The front nine starts out gently but the golf course becomes much trickier on the back nine. There are dramatic elevation changes throughout the course that present interesting risk-reward opportunities. The last nine holes also have narrower landing areas and heavier bunkering along the greensides. Although it is demanding at times, the golf course is also very forgiving and approachable for a range of skill levels. With such an accommodating layout that is less than $25 a round, it is no wonder that Crooked Creek is one of the most popular public golf courses in the area.
