Hillandale is one of the best public courses I've played - from the standpoint of needing to hit pretty much every club in your bag, risk/reward shots and beautiful vistas.

Karl Kimball's staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. So if you need a new set of clubs, shoes, gloves, balls or other equipment, they stand at the ready with a smile. And they're great instructors, too, if your game needs a tune up.

Hillandale offers an annual pass and a "membership" opportunity that may be the best value you'll find for golf in this area.

Considering all the play it gets, the course is usually in very good condition. It's a great place to bring your buddies out to play. And they keep the beer cold.

A reasonable and enjoyable course with friendly staff and a nice layout. I played it last February and even though the grass was dormant - it played well and the greens were very good. Fairways are wide and few hazards. Very fairly priced!
